Business Development Executives – Three primary responsibilities include:
Identifying new sales leads
Pitching company services
Maintaining successful relationships with existing customers for generating future business.
Lead Generation, day-to-day duties typically include:
Researching organizations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
Following industry trends locally and internationally
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
Maintaining database (Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
Enabling Sales with appointments for conferences, meetings, and industry events
Support Business Units in the preparation of collateral for the client e.g. briefing documents, proposals, etc in a timely and accurate manner.
Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s offerings
Developing quotes and business proposals
Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
Years of Experience: 1 – 3 years

Strong client focus with excellent oral and written communication skills
ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Able to work under pressure, flexible, multi-task and take initiative.
Good Personality & comfortable making cold calls
Marketing skills along with the ability to work hard.

Flexible and adaptable to learning/taking on new tasks and responsibilities;
